Hey! It's been a while! A lot has changed—here’s what to expect moving forward...

Time to Pivot

Hello, it's me, Dana! Sorry it's been so long since I last wrote to you.

I wanted to send a quick update to explain the long silence and share what’s changing moving forward.

Over the past year, life has been full in ways that required my full attention—moving, getting married, health issues, car trouble, job changes, and the general process of re-stabilizing after a lot of transition. During that time, my creative work didn’t disappear, but it did change shape, and I needed space to adjust before trying to show up publicly again.

You originally subscribed when this list was focused more on ReynArt Creations and art or print-related work. Since then, my focus and direction have shifted. While art is still a core part of what I do and prints will still be available for purchase if desired, my work is now centered more intentionally on learning and building toward game development, and documenting that journey as it unfolds.

Because of that, you’ll notice a few changes:

  • The visual style and branding have been updated
  • The newsletter now focuses on an honest, behind-the-scenes game dev journey
  • Emails will be more reflective and process-focused, not sales-driven

I’ve put a lot of thought into making this something worth your time—calm, transparent, and shared at a comfortable pace.

If this new direction sounds interesting, you don’t need to do anything. You’ll start receiving the updated newsletter automatically.

And if it no longer feels like a good fit, that’s completely okay too—there’s an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, no hard feelings at all.
